I am feeling so much better after a quick workout. I completed the 5 minute Fat Burn #113 then pushed through the 5 minute Fat burning Workout #91 by Fitness Trainer Zuzka Light. I was sick so I was feeling off track and stuck. So I started working out. My mind feels clear and my body feels strong. If you are ever feeling down; spend at least 5 minutes working out to feel better.
