Today I completed the zgym HIIT workout beginner cardio #15. This was a great energy booster and strength workout. You don't need any equipment for this workout. Get your gym clothes on, grab your exercise mat, warm up then jump into this workout. After I finished cooling down I went on a 10-minute bike ride to the post office. Then took my dogs outside.
