Good morning everyone! I hope you had an amazing Valentine's Day giving & receiving love to and from who ever. You don't have to be in a relationship to give love! Make Valentine's Day about giving love no matter what.
I didn't do any kettlebell swings. I did sleep in a bit, so I woke up late then started doing things around the house, ran a few errands, then spent the evening with my boyfriend.
Today I am going to do 400 kettlebell swings in 100 rep intervals.
I am giong to start by doing 100 now. Then I am going to drink some coffee. I have been cleaning and other fun things all morning.
Then, I am going to warm up for 2 mins, and do a stretching routine for flexibility.
100 more kettlebell swings. Cool down.
Then I will be doing a more intense workout later today with 100 kettlebell swings.

Well I was going to stretch earlier, but I had to package somethings. Run to the post office then I had started putting clothes but I really wanted to clean our closet before. So I organized clothes, pulled the dresser out, my boyfriend destroyed it when he came home from work, and vacuumed.
I hope everyone had a great day! I am going to stretch because i feel like it will help a lot.
I have been measuring so many clothes because I didn't start measuring when I started listing clothes. Then i had to throw away my measuring tape. Now I finally have a new measuring tape, and now I am finally caught up with the measurements.
Now my back hurts, and I hope stretching helps!
